Should convicted felons be allowed to vote?

I believe someone here said something similar. Put him under house arrest or restrict his travel. Call him a flight risk. Something along them lines that inhibits him from perusing the campaign trail.
Jail or probation is about being punished for committing a felony.
So would house arrest.
House arrest in a normal house like the rest of us live in. Not his Florida mansion.

A place where he has to cut his own lawn and shovel his own snow.
