Does Trump go to "fuck me on the ass" prison?

Aren't you drummed out of Congress if you're a convicted felon?

This congress? It's a credential.

Until the conviction is finalized through the appeals process, he will be able to vote.

In some states you cannot vote once convicted. I think it should be a nationwide law that convicted felons cannot vote.

Unfortunately, that won't keep the riff raff from holding office.

Assuming he ends up getting sentenced to any type of incarceration at all:

Opinions vary, but I bet he serves a few days. He has shown no remorse and has repeatedly taunted the judge. Not a good strategy for staying out of jail.

Trump would not likely go to a prison. Secret Service wouldn't allow it.

They have formulated a plan to protect him behind bars so they can't stop it but they can keep him safe.

I believe someone here said something similar. Put him under house arrest or restrict his travel. Call him a flight risk. Something along them lines that inhibits him from perusing the campaign trail.

Jail or probation is about being punished for committing a felony.

So would house arrest.
