The BiB was the best of the three. They had a fourth bottle, cask strength, but it ran out a few minutes before I sat down at the bar. I'd give it 8/10 overall, as they had just enough bite to balance the smoothness. I had a pour of another bourbon, whose name escapes me, that the bartender recommended. That one was definitely better, with a large oaky and spicy note.TC Talks wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 7:59 pmHow is that? Never had it... I hit the lottery tonight in South Carolina... I'd rather have had the Pappy... but I'll take drinking almost any bourbon in KY any day!
