Traverse City has about 2000 people expected to participate, who here is going to an event?

People picketing isn't going to stop a damn thing, sorry to say.
Trump is too stupid to know what "reciprocal" means.

You're right. But there is nothing wrong with people gathering to show they are engaged and together.

As long as the pickets don't devolve into destruction of property or violence or prevent others from moving about. Can't legally block a street unless you have a permit to do so.

One of our City Commissioners hinted at blocking traffic for a bit. The Mayor, and county commissioners will also be protesting.

I agree that the act of a protest does nothing, but it can help organize people against Trump. Plenty of his idiots have protested...

Anyone know of protests in the Tampa Bay area?

As a foreigner, would I be risking deportation to El Salvador for participating?

With this administration, even a citizen could have that fate.

There was an attempt by MAGA in my area to shut down the one here but police flat out told them to leave or face stiff fines. They left immediately. Our law enforcement is run by Dems.

Interesting. That entire movement heading for the hills when the going gets tough is a theme.
Donald Trump… In your guts you know he’s nuts.

The Resistance begins now.

This is a pro-Democracy account.

Dear America… you were warned.
