at Ifart, maybe. I know from a couple former employees that Cumulus fired theirs forever ago.Mega Hertz wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 9:59 pm Jesus Christ. Every time you think it can't get worse....it does.
I've been coming to this board since 2007. Every few months since then, there's another round of cuts. Who the hell else is left to cut? The cleaning crew?

Dayton sounds like they have a lot of (free) interns. Not impressed with their work. Not like the 1970's at CKLW or WJR. In Dayton, one of their FM HD-2 channels generates the national iHeart feed for the Classic American Top 40 shows, and that is frequently screwed-up, nothing like listening to #19-#11 from 1976, and after the break it switches to another #29 in 1983!

Is that a national feed problem or is it just from the HD2 station?WOHO wrote: ↑Thu Jul 07, 2022 11:46 am Dayton sounds like they have a lot of (free) interns. Not impressed with their work. Re: New round of iHeart cuts
I assume the not so well maintained and programmed Dayton HD-2 station IS the national feed, much like the Detroit WNIC-HD2 is the feed for "Sunny".
