I think that is part of it. Also why it has been referred to as "The Program" only during the podcast and no merch lately. It was kinda discussed once.

Was watching some random FB videos of FMB damage and recognized the voice of the guy narrating his trip down the canal to find out how his house faired from Ian. It was Stephen Clark from Ch 7. Probably can find it on his FB page. I believe he said he "borrowed" a boat he found to make the trip.
