Awesome upload.

Although I do wonder, why is the intro graphic for the Noon newscast different than the evening?

Also noticed at the copyright, it says "Beacon Communications Corp" ?? Was that a shell, or another company that owned the station?

Wasn't there a period in the early 90s where WPBN / WTOM didn't offer a Noon newscast?

This is a great find; I look forward to watching more of the video.

Must have stopped the noon newscast by the mid-90s. I don't remember 7&4 ever having a Noon newscast.

I was at 7&4 in 1991-92. I don't recall if they had a noon news or not. I worked with many of the people in this video, including: Dave Fortin, Charlie Whinham and Dave Barrons. (Barrons was mentioned, but he was not in the video). Back then the evening news anchors were Jerry Meyer and Maureen McGuire. Dave Walker was one of the main news anchors too. Greg Molzon was one of the sports anchors. This video shows they had a bumper shot that was from a camera mounted up high in the lighting grid. The floor director sometimes got on camera. It was a good station to start out a TV career.

I recall in one of the 90s uploads of commercials, there was a quick ad for Newswatch at Noon with Don Chiodo. I think it was from 1993 maybe?
