Here's the difference; We are welcoming of many beliefs and backgrounds. We choose acceptance. If you are a typical resident (which I believe you likely are) you're caught up in a bastardized version of "faith" and embrace hate and distrust that which you don't understand or can't appreciate. I am betting you don't leave Michigan very often. It's why so much of what Trump is selling you buy or accept. He certainly isn't a conservative.
