Noticed that 1080 WOAP Owosso is off the air...Spanish format...Leased out..Sima?
also 1250 WJMK Bridgeport off air/99.3 translator is on...maybe both weather related/lightning strikes???

Birach doesn't own WOAP anymore. It's owned by Cano's Broadcasting along with its originating station, WMJH in Grand Rapids.
WOAP's 103.1 translator is off too. I can usually pick it up fairly well north of Lansing but I'm getting only a faint WGDN right now.

It's really a battle in Flint Township sometimes, between WOAP, WGDN, and WQUS out of Lapeer.

I read the subject name as "1000" at first, which is funny because this is the 1000th thread in the Flint/Tri-Cities section of the Buzzboard :rollin

103.1 seemed to be back on today, but 1080 is still off.
Where I live in Washtenaw County I'm lucky to get anything on 103.1, especially since WWWW turned on IBLOCK. When I do it's usually WQUS but sometimes WGDN or WNDH out of Napoleon, OH.
