Again I only start this thread in response to EDJ and his rants of talent in the market. Tell us where you find your expertise in constant critiques of air talent in this market. Honestly,the one you had for me was well deserved. I appreciate that and not bitter in one form or another. It is the other comments made about colleagues I work with in regards to a stumble or a minor mistake. You seem very ready to judge those without showing credentials of your critique. If your just a listener and want to remain anonymous. I understand.... I take the step in saying that you sound like someone in the business or maybe let go from the business.

Dude, either deal with it or go away. I don't think you quite understand the finesse of this forum. The ability to speak freely about Talent or lack thereof is pretty much a core part of what happens here. And no one is going to reveal identities because that's against the rules.

You’re saying you aren’t bitter… but god… you don’t act like it at all. Nobody needs credentials to criticize you… you work in a job where you are stuck with thousands if not millions of people forming an opinion on you both good and bad. That comes with the territory.

Why do you need to know by name who criticized you for whiffing on a pronunciation of something almost everyone knows is different than it looks anyways?

Anyone who gets bent out of shape because someone had a negative opinion of how he read something and then tries to out that person probably has an overly inflated view of himself.
