Jack Needs A Job

Unread post by BirdieKingBobo »

Now that Jack O'Malley, my ex-neighbor who moved to run for the House; lost his seat; do you think that WTCM will hire him back as their Morning Person??? Or since he likes being in front of the cameras, do you think 7&4 News will hire him to the Morning Sausage Party to anchor with Brenden and Mark??? :hat

Did Jack not learn from Greg McMaster; not to run based on your history as a news personality?? McMaster ran on being the weatherman and got one seat and was booted out. Jack did the same thing. What a joke. :barf

Plus the way his campaign adds skewed the truth about Betsy Coffia; that pissed me off as a Republican; thus why I couldn't vote for him.

I contributed to Betsy's campaign and hosted a couple of fundraisers for her.

I think that nobody's going to put up with some of the trumpish tactics that Jack became associated with. He didn't do a good enough job of distancing himself from the whole campaign fraud rhetoric.

He'll probably go sell cars at the Chrysler dealership in benzie county.

Hey Trish - a local radio superstar, now with time on his hands, is ready to take over the morning show on your less-than-Star-studded Country.

(Why didn't they just bring back The Peak?)

I think redistricting hurt O'Malley a lot. He lost most of his strong areas to the new 102nd (VanderWall, who was gerrymandered out of the State Senate and dropped back down to the House) and 104th (Roth) districts while adding most of Traverse City proper (which has always had a progressive lean compared to the rest of northern Michigan)

Who knows? Maybe if he'd sheared the beard and used a little Just For Men on a regular basis, he'd have won his race.

Meanwhile, I'm sure there's a mall somewhere looking for their Santa... make lemonade.

Have there been any more Clownsquare Media exec sightings recently? Maybe they'll hire Jack when they buy up all of the big signals in Traverse City 🤠
