Mr. Peabody showed up and immediately started bitching about Greta Thunberg and David Hogg. I assumed it was lovinlifes latest recarnation since he/she hated those 2. MW said he had checked the ip addresses and stuff and could confirm it was not ll. I, after a number of cocktails, decided to bet him $20 since I thought I knew better. Suffice it to say I was wrong and am now trying to pay off my bet.

Exactly. I use VPNs all the time for accessing most forums and other public boards, in addition to my employer requiring it. Free ones exist, so it's not uncommon.
