WNEM has been on the bottom for at least 20 years. WJRT is a wreck compared to that era as well. WEYI never really did as well as they could have, even after the NBC affiliation, so they're probably about the same. I watch very little local TV anymore.

You have a News Director at TV5 who isn't from the area, doesn't care about covering issues that affect our viewers, has no new ideas, and resorts to gimmicks. And as long as the station continues to be number one in ratings, the new GM has no reason to force change. I'll take WJRT or WEYI over this crap any day.

Yep and metalhead obviously will never step up, do the right thing anyways like putting em in the Douche Bag repository, why? Who knows. We all have to put up with the 'garbage' for years. Ones hes put in it before don't seem as bad as hl101 as well.
Staying on topic I too rarely watch local news as they dont do much outside saginaw-genesee counties and isnt relevant to my area.
