It’s always been the conservative paper so I’m not surprised. The Freep doing that would be a surprise.
Donald Trump… In your guts you know he’s nuts.

The Resistance begins now.

This is a pro-Democracy account.

Dear America… you were warned.

Not looking good for El-Sayed, unfortunately.
Agreed.

One of the biggest reasons I didn’t support him in the primaries is it is going to be hard to convince folks in northern Michigan to vote for him. While I personally don’t care about him being Muslim, I really believe it’s going to be an issue. The GOP and its supporting PAC’s are already running a smear campaign against him - and it’s going to get worse between now and Election Day.

Abdul El Sayed overperformed up north in the primary. What I see here is a lot of worry over nothing. Epic MRA is a solid pollster. He has a 70% chance of winning. If every poll had him down 3-5% then I’d be worried.

Just wait until the economic collapse. Republicans are going to have to battle in places like South Carolina.

Your collapse had better come in a hurry. States are starting to mail ballots out now. That means they will be returned and baked in should the shit hit the fan on say Halloween. It also means only 1 job report left before the election.

It’s here. $5 a gallon gas in Michigan, and new home buyer rates hit 7.2% interest. The yield is over 5% for the first time in 20 years. Stock market crash will literally be any day now.
[/quote]

Where have you seen $5 gas? I haven’t even seen $4.50 yet or barely if it was. Diesel I’ve seen $6.64 and that’s not good.

It’s showing signs that it may correct… but that’s only a 10% drop while layoffs remain low.

$4.99 at the Speedway on 12 Mile in Warren.

ALERT: Live data showing that #GasPrices appear to be rising to $4.99/gal in #Michigan today.
ALERT: Live data showing that #DieselPrices appear to be rising to $6.79/gal in #Michigan today.
