They certainly did but because each water system is independent of the others it would be awfully hard to go nationwide with it. You actually should hope Iran does something big in October anyways.

That’s doomsday stuff… people have been predicting the end of the world since there was a world to end. Last I checked we are all still here. I really wouldn’t worry too hard about nukes flying. No matter who is around M.A.D. Is a rather powerful concept.
