All photographers and majority of producers and directors given two weeks notice.

Why can't Kevin work in West Michigan when his contract was up, he should be a free agent and can sign with Wood TV, WWMT? He should sue Scripps and get out of that no compete.

I'm not unsympathetic to people who lose their job...but how anyone can still be caught off guard is beyond me. Here's a hint, if you make some of the best $$ at a job, and that company/industry is non-stop searching for ways to save $$....you might want to start looking elsewhere, fast. The Industry has been bleeding to death for a decade, OF course they're going to make cuts.
