Both are downgrading significantly.
WFDX (60kW @ 148m HAAT) will be little more than a C2. Is the WMJZ site that short-spaced to 92.9 WJZQ (coincidently home to simulcast 95.9 WLJW)? Their previous site (only a couple of miles east of the WMJZ tower) allowed them a full 100kW.
WPHN (90kW @ 148m HAAT) also downgrades (they were a C0), but not as much despite its relocation from the WCML tower north of Atlanta.
Both should still put a decent signal into Alpena.
Most of the land area that loses coverage from 92.5 is adequately served by 95.9 WLJW, which has a pretty good signal for the 19kW (at a decent elevation) it's pumping out.
Most of the land area that loses coverage from 90.5 is adequately served by 91.1 WOLW, 100.9 WQHN, and/or 105.5 WSRJ.
Related to the stations that lost their towers in the 2025 ice storm, could Lite move to 106.7 once WSRT's CP to co-locate on the rebuilt WKHQ tower is built out, with Star Country moving to 96.3 and 96.7?
