I am very worried that all of these people on bridges are going to be hemmed in by MAGA.MAGA militias are on standby already for possible martial law on 4/20. This could get really ugly. All I can do is pray.

I'm not so sure about that. Trump certainly cares about his approval rating, if he sees masses in the streets, in blue and red states, it's gotta affect him in some way.

He cares about his approval rating to an extent but it’s already underwater (down about 10%) and he hasn’t changed a thing. We have that quote about him not giving a shit anymore…. That’s where I’m coming from. The folks who talked him out of it knew the blowback would be intense.

Saying a prediction didn't materialize because of something else that happened is like saying the moon didn't explode simply because we sent Astronauts to it. Or like when I hear magas posit that Ukraine was invaded by Putin during Biden's term because it never would have happened under Trump. Until it's positively provable, it's not fact, and it's not likely connected. That kind of flimsy explanation is Qanon-level conspiracy logic.

The whole reason the protests were slated for 4/19 were to send a message before the 4/20 possibility of martial law, or did that escape you?
