I clicked on my Detroit News website link (https://www.detroitnews.com/) and I was directed to the website for the Louisville Courier Journal.
I did the same with the Detroit Free Press link (https://www.freep.com/) and the same thing happened.
I tried accessing both sites through Google searches with the same results.
My guess is that something is messed up with the website that hosts these papers (USA TODAY?). The Free Press Facebook page just mentioned the problem.

Looks like the mobile sites are back to normal. Cannot speak to the desktop sites.
Trump is too stupid to know what "reciprocal" means.
