If we democrats want the White House back, we're going to have to get better at focusing on fixing us rather than focusing on all of Trump's failures (and there are many). Promote us and our ideas more than putting a spotlight on him.

We also have to get serious and honest about what happened this past election cycle.

Kamala Harris was an awful candidate. There. I said it. She has an annoying laugh, is incompetent, and never accomplished anything of merit. She slept to get where she was and everybody knew it. It did nothing to get men or women to respect her. On the positive side, her campaign ads were more elegant, beautiful, had the right message, tone, and were actually appealing from a retail political perspective. For the most part, what she was saying (in between all the cackling) was measured, deliberate, and reasonable.

The VP pick may have been the worst in American history. I can only imagine the conversation at the DNC:

Reasonable blue voter: "Okay, to really punch up our ticket, who are we thinking for a VP? Maybe a young, hip minority?"

DNC: "Yeah, about that. We're thinking, "no."

Reasonable blue voter: "Okay, we can't always get everything we want, but how about a young, fit, hip, female minority from a major metropolitan city?"

DNC: "Actually, we were thinking an old, fat, balding white guy from Minnesota. Someone people might confuse as Biden."

Reasonable blue voter: "You can't be serious. Even we won't be excited to vote for that ticket."

DNC: "Onward!"

The only viable reason why Tampon Tim was selected was because the DNC thought he looked like those who would vote for him, which is insulting.

We need to take the narrative back.
