"I thought we voted for America First"--Rand Paul

Unread post by Honeyman »

“The pursuit for peace should be that of the Israelis and the Palestinians,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) wrote in a post on Wednesday. “I thought we voted for America First. We have no business contemplating yet another occupation to doom our treasure and spill our soldiers blood.”

Any of you Trumpers dare speak against your cult leader? Probably not. We thinking folk will just assume you agree with this preposterous plan and goosestep behind your beloved orange God.

Don't expect a response from Dirt Boy. Everyone else, I can only assume, are in the wind.

Here's my guess; they will discount Rand Paul because the new Tinfoil Hat is RFK.

Let's hope Rand can be 51 AGAINST RFK. Wouldn't that be wild if Kentucky did something productive for the country?

He probably likes RFK, Jr.

That said, Rand is 100 percent correct regarding Gaza.
Trump is too stupid to know what "reciprocal" means.

That would be true if Trump had any intention of going in and taking over the Gaza Strip.

You have to look at his tactics. He proposes the extreme and settles for what he wants. Canada the 51st state and 25% tariff's? Boom, they're taking steps to curtail the flow of illicit drugs into our country.

By the way, we won't be invading Panama any time soon either. But I bet we get a bit more control over the canal.
Welcome to the Trump Counterrevolution. Get on the bus, or get the hell out of the way.

Except he sees it as a real estate opportunity and unlike other crazy ideas he seems more serious than usual.

I heard a Democrat in congress , I don't remember who, utter the phrase Trumpian hyperbole a few weeks back.
I don't take anything he says at face value until he does it.

You didn’t take any of the Project 2025 stuff seriously and they are doing that verbatim…

Actually he is doing a couple line items he ran on that happened to be part of the 1000 (?) Pages of Project 2025. Project 2025 was a conservative ideas document.
As a republican president he can't help but do some of the stuff in there. Otherwise he wouldn't be a republican.
At the moment all you have in that regard is a republican doing republican things.
When you can say he is "through page 500 with 500 hundred to go" then you have a legitimate point.
Right now with respect to Project 2025 all you have is he isn't a Democrat.

Further more in 4 years Canada will still be an independent country, Greenland will still be connected to Denmark, Panama will still own the canal and the USA will not be in charge of Gaza.

I get "hating" Trump. I don't like him. I didn't vote for him.
But I am rational about it not batshit crazy.

Project 2025 was spearheaded by his chief of staff and some other folks currently in his administration… they even starred in a recruitment video. But according to you it’s all a coincidence.

I have the 10 bridges in the Sahara you reserved by the way.
