Have there been ANY public retractions from those loudest voices who made this into a H*** culture war issue?

Looking at you, Trump, Faux News, etc.

None that I have seen or heard. Was listening to WLW a few minutes ago and the host was going on about the trans boxer. The first caller he took corrected him and even told him where to go online for the real facts. His exact response. I know what I know and don't need fake news trying to change my mind. Lord help us all.

The problem we have is people have normalized just inventing your own reality… it’s insane. And then you get criticized if you call them out for being “biased”.

Your example is exhibit A that you don’t have to be intelligent to be in media. You just need an ability to blah blah blah into a mic.

Sad but true. Intelligence used to be needed for talk radio. Now vomiting the talking points is all that is needed. Bongino on Friday was still harping on the Trump shooting saying over and over that he took a bullet to his head. I shook my head and switched it off quickly.

I don’t blame you. Is Bongino still in Limbaughs spot? When he originally got the noon-3 spot upon Limbaughs death he was seen as the next guy up by some…

That’s one scathing review… but that was my reaction when they announced that was the plan… he doesn’t impress me at all.

Can't wipe Limbaugh's ass, but would cut the line to lick Trump's ass.

Since you're all after a pound of my flesh, I'll simply respond to you all the same way as Matt routinely responds to me on various topics:

I admit when I'm wrong in here - I have more than once. But I'm not giving a single one of you hypocrites the satisfaction in this particular instance. I brought up Title IX. Nobody wants to talk about that. All you care about is being right on this one example.

And as far as calling out the media for running with a story that was wrong and then being silent about it - I seem to remember an incident about 10 years ago now known as "Hands up, don't shoot!" Ended up being built on a lie. But that didn't matter, people who were pedaling that lie insisted it was still a valid rallying cry.

Whether she was trans or not shouldn't matter. What does matter is that you're a transphobic asshole, Beemer.

You gonna direct the same comment towards Honeyman, who agreed with my initial post?

I don't think biological men should compete against women in athletic events. I'm not apologizing for that position.

You apparently also forgot that I defended you (I think I was the only one doing so in here) against the attacks from Neckbeard regarding you and Discord. I get no thanks for that, but instead called an asshole for my position on men in women's sports. Go put your tin foil hat back on and leave me the hell alone.

The issue is you never stuck to the subject YOU started thread about. You have since chimed in about Amazon stock, and now Ferguson, Missouri, but not about the Olympic bout. It points to you avoiding the topic you started.

And I won't detract my comment and would think that would be an interesting discussion. But again, not what you started in this thread.
