You can believe that BS if you want, but the reality is they did NOT arrest him and they didn't really levy charges, but settled on a charge AFTER THREE YEARS, even though he was CLEARLY identified on DAY ONE. (from the article: "Epps and the Justice Department reached a deal where he pled guilty to one misdemeanor count")

They had to use all kinds of investigatory techniques to track other people down, and they prosecuted them within a year or two. Epps was ON VIDEO and identified IMMEDIATELY but yet it took them FOUR YEARS to come up with a charge and "convict" him??
