What are their plans for this? It seems like it's taking a really long time for them to put a station there. (Sorry if this has already been discussed on this page)

Yes, it's been that way for weeks if not months.
What is comic is that their very own program listings show what's supposed to be on there--as does the Info bar on my TV.

Maybe the engineers at WJRT are unaware that it's not on.
