With his fast-paced lifestyle, I'm guessing that he's started many mornings with this easy and quick breakfast that doesn't require a refrigerator. Funny you should ask, because his hair was sticking up like he had just pulled off a knit cap.

I noticed in Stoney's swansong today on 97.1 he did not mention Ron Cameron in his bon voyage of thank you's. I think it's safe to assume he never bought Scoop a lunch or dinner.
At least Stoney can go out with a little dignity unlike Ron who hangs around like a bad penny and continues to embarass himself and his craft.
