Tony’s I-75 Restaurant

Unread post by Deleted User 16144 »

I work in Frankenmuth twice a week and pass Tony’s I-75 restaurant in Birch Run. Occasionally, I stop in for lunch. The food is decent and the portions are pretty large. An example the bacon sandwich is like a pound and a half of bacon if not more, Has anyone ever been to Tony’s? Great place for the money.

I did take a bacon sandwich from there to give to my Cardiologist one time. He loved it.

As far as I know. Seen him about 3 months ago. He’s only in his late 30’s, if he keeps eating bacon he won’t see my age of 69. I do love bacon as well. Good stuff.

I have a love affair with Big John Steak & Onion. Faster, simpler but just as unhealthy.

Buena Vista? Off I75.
I really don't have interest in Flint per se. I've only been there once to visit the infamous Lockwood Agency to collect some money.

I've eaten there a few times. The food's great and yes, the portions are large.

Was the original Tony's somewhere on the south side of Saginaw?? I'm talking mid 1960's. I seem to remember it was in a residential neighborhood.

I've ate at Tony's a couple of times; it's been years though. I recall stopping there on the way to Traverse City a couple of times, sort of like a way to kick off vacation. The portions are insane, but you can never have too much bacon or too many pancakes. :D
