96.1 the Game (50kW full market signal) is almost losing to Jethro FM (which is on a daytimer AM with two subpar translators)!

Wow, considering that WHTS has local AM & PM drive shows, this showing is outright embarrassing.

95.7 ought to be wiping the floor clean with 105.3, yet they're not.
What a mess. I bet by the end of the year they plug in Brooke and Jeffrey and go all national. WFGR has no one local since they lost Jojo and Scott and even that station has better ratings (barely).

I do think that WHTS will stay with local mornings, the all female team seems lucrative for advertisers iregardless of ratings. I see them all the time on Biggby and car dealership digital ads.

I thought that B-93 would surpass WCSG during the summer and that I attributed to the well attended B-93 birthday
bash held annually in June. Although that may not be the ultimate reason for B-93 surpassing WCSG it certainly kept
B-93 in the spotlight of annual summer events. I know a 7.6% is only slightly above WCSG with a 7.5% share but it's been
a while since B-93 topped WCSG. Only these two stations were above 7%.
With WGRD coming in number three and being the most popular rock station maybe either I-Heart or Cumulus could
offer some competition to WGRD. I still think that the fourth place station WLAV should for sure have classic rock compe-
tition and again if I was in power at Town Square Media in G.R. I would flip WLHT to Classic Rock. WLHT as I said before
has awful music and it dropped to a 2.6% share. WLHT is the only Town Square station with power enough to compete
with WLAV. This would also allow WGRD to focus on the rock from the 80's until today because they could play The Doors
and Black Sabbath on their Classic Rock station. Regardless of this ever happening or not the call letters WLHT were fine
for 95.7 FM when it was Adult Contemporary but they don't fit the present 95.7 FM.

What about TV ratings? Is WOOD-TV 8 #1 across the board?

Call letters don't mean a whole lot anymore in today's radio world. I really dot expect WLHT to flip to Classic Rock. It jeopardizes WGRD eventhough that would allow WGRD to play less Gold material and focus on New Rock more so. I always thought if WHTS flipped away from Top 40 that Mix 95.7 would flip to Top 40 to offset that but WSNX is the dominant Top 40 outlet in the market. That being said I think your more likely to see 107.3 or 96.1 change to different formats in the not too distant future. Could we see 107.3 flip to Alternative or an Active Rock/Alternative Hybrid to take on WGRD or 96.1 to do the same.

Bland and Bleech (the FIRST ALL WOMAN MORNING SHOW) talk about the stupidest shit ever no wonder there deep in the gutter of ratings, even The revolving door of shows on 104.5 and Todd chance were better shows than them.

Grand rapids radio has hit rock bottom basically. Theres no right answer for the bottom performers such as 107.3 and 96.1, along with 105.3 and 95.7

The VO work screams the elderly are in charge. Dump the Lori Vennis strategy. It hasn't worked in the past few years, why keep it after she's been canned twice by the company?

You have to give a new show time to develop. These women will soon take over the airwaves in West Michigan and beyond and take 105.3 Hot FM Radio to the TOP!

LOL, this is crazy talk, they have been on for long enough time that they are just horrible radio. The egos that spew through are making listeners tune to other stations or devices and it shows in the ratings. Someone needs to do a ratings pull on just that morning show since they have been on and the proof will be in the numbers.
