I'm thinking Jaquio/Sugar is one of Riff Raff's alter egos. His first one was Old Duke, where he played a hillbilly from Mississippi, whereas Jaquio/Sugar is his rapping persona. Riff Raff is the real persona, whereas his other accounts are characters he plays.

He'll probably have a new screen name, could be next week, could be a few weeks. He's probably one of my favorite posters, especially his knowledge of Toledo and Detroit radio from the '90s and early 2000s, including 94.5 K-Rock, the early years of the long-running XKR format, and the time WIOT was stale around 2003.
