Denny & Eli recently went to lunch with 93-year old Ray Lane. And will be going to a game soon with him. But Denny, Ron says, they don't "want us" at the games. "Why," Denny asked. "Because they can't control us," Ron said. Denny didn't know what Ron was talking about.

Caller Byron from Birmingham calling about Denny & Bob Gibson on Ed Sullivan. In 1971 or '72. No, Byron, that was from 1968. Right after the Series. Ron defending only having a flip phone (so Byron can't send the video to him from his phone). "Lot's of big shots" still have flip phones, Ron says.

Sounds like I missed a winner. Did we get Martin’s “seven callers”? Did they fix the buzzing? When is Ron’s meeting with Sima? Why would he want to go to mornings given he always sounded half asleep? Is the Tigers PR still horrible? Should the Pistons have drafted Haliburton? Did any emails come other than our Brian and the ever present Meredith?

So many questions.
