Ron Cameron
Re: Ron Cameron
Overhearing conversation. Ron complaining to Denny.
Re: Ron Cameron
'I can't put up with any more of this.'
Re: Ron Cameron
More proof that Ron is "THE DELUSIONAL ELVIS OF SPORTS TALK RADIO". He expects the station to completely revamp its' schedule to accommodate him??? and get a TV in the studio...on a popcorn fart AM station that has a range of 5 miles, which he keeps slamming!! Ron will wear out his welcome real quick. They'll tell him "like it or lump it". Also, I wonder if our hero hand writes ad copy, or it he uses a typewriter....if he's ever heard of one. Man...I just heard him say JC...again!!!!
Re: Ron Cameron
Denny doesn't think there's any point talking about Combrero anymore. Ron said he's supposed to be a leader, which, of course, led to a Stevie Wonder/Indy 500 reference.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron asks Denny about Scott Harris. Then he points out that Harris doesn't have "the decency" to talk to him.
Re: Ron Cameron
Lance "hasn't even met Harris!"
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron started to repeat the old number, before Martin corrected him. Ron then said something that suggested he might want to talk about getting a toll-free number. He REALLY misses Cowboy' calls.
Re: Ron Cameron
Is Kurt celebrating Mother's Day with his missus?
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron still harping on how Hinch last year said the team was ready to compete.
Re: Ron Cameron
Saw an interview with Scott Harris on MLB Network the other day and found him to be comprehensive, engaged, thorough and pragmatic in his assessment of the current Tigers team. The background of the interview looked like an office (his?) somewhere in Comerica Park (possibly?) with empty bookshelves, looking he truly has been too busy to “move in” to this space.
If that means he doesn’t have the time or decency to talk with “The Elvis of Sports Radio”, cuz he’s busy retooling this rebuild and the mess Al Avila left, I’m all good with that.
Re: Ron Cameron
I'm sure Ron wants Harris/Colangelo to speak to him, but he wants Harris to call Parrish.
Re: Ron Cameron
Kurt doesn't want to trade Rodriguez; Denny does.
Re: Ron Cameron
Kurt thinks the Tigers can win the division. Denny says he wants to win beyond the division.
