So basically, every time Fox News settles a lawsuit, the 8 PM host is fired.

In hindsight, maybe Tucker should have seen this one coming given the somewhat similar circumstances surrounding Bill O'Reilly's ouster.
There seems to be truth to that.

Side note: My mom is PISSED! She’s a religious watcher of Fox from 8pm until she falls asleep. She just called me and asked how to play podcasts on her TV… lol

I bet he knew this was coming the minute these appeared in headlines:
"We are very, very close to being able to ignore Trump most nights," he wrote in a text sent on 4 January 2021. "I truly can't wait."

"I hate him passionately," he added.

Mr Carlson, the top-rated host on the conservative network, also appeared to denigrate the Trump presidency in these private messages, despite lauding his achievements on air.

"That's the last four years. We're all pretending we've got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it's been is too tough to digest. But come on. There isn't really an upside to Trump."
This isn't going to help Fox in their pending lawsuits though...

I'm surprised given Tucker's text messages (which have been public for some time now) that Trump agreed to a sit-down interview with Tucker last week.

With as much money that he stands to bilk out of suckers for his "defense campaign" , he needs Tuckers viewers.

If there are any similarities to be found I'd be looking at Don Lemmon and BillO. Both sexually harass woman. Tucker's crime was pissing in the punchbowl everyone of them were drinking out of.

Why is Carlson a "POS" as you say? Because YOU don't like his politics?
What's your take on the Don Lemon termination? ...Oh you haven't commented on that have you?
Actually you should be praising Tucker Carlson, he was let go by FOX News for not being on board with the "Dominion Issue"
Just come out and say it, you don't like Carlson because his politics don't align with yours...
Your comments on Don Lemon please....
Whataboutism is strong on this one! ^

And apparently, I hurt someone's little feelings. It's OK, you still have Hannity's lap to cry in. Must be difficult for you to lose Bongino AND Carlson so close to each other! :rollin
Thank you, you answered my questions, I stand by my comment...

"Donald and Tucker Settle Their Differences: Carlson Inks Deal To Chair Trump 2024 Campaign"

News needs to be news, not pundits, news magazines, or propaganda machines.

The libs win some, they loose some...
Shares of Fox Corp. sank as much as 5.4% Monday, the most since October, after the company said Carlson had left with immediate effect.
As speculation over Carlson's next landing spot spread, investors snapped up shares of Rumble Inc., the Peter Thiel-backed conservative video network, and Digital World Acquisition Corp., the special-purpose acquisition company merging with Trump Media. Both stocks erased declines, with Rumble stock rallying as much as 3.9%, while Digital World gained 2.2%.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Those platforms are still pretty niche and unstable…

So the highest rated anchor on the high rated network is niche? Apparent you didn't rate this, LOL.

I could see Fucker going over to Newsmax or OAN. I think those organizations are more inline with his journalistic values.
