The station may have listeners in Grayling which most of the people in Traverse City couldn't locate on a map if offered $50 to do so...

I could see this station gaining WUPS's listeners after they flipped, but again, Mid Michigan.

I have to question if any group in Northern Michigan is making money. Maybe Midwest, but I doubt Black Diamond is. Henderson has been a self appointed non-profit for over a decade.

Your tune sure has changed; I remember you disparaging that morning show during its first run.

Finster couldn't carry Q101 (I don't think they have a sales presence in TC) and Omelette is beyond stale. Put them together and it's like the reunion of two redneck clans. I think Finster has the more attractive listenership. The two did have a chemistry 11 years ago, and they seem to have gotten past their differences. It should help WKLT.

For the record, I would never listen to either of them, I don't even have KLT as a present anymore.

Wasn’t really ever in their listening area the first time they were together. Between watching the commercial that aired yesterday and the first 5-10 minutes of their first hour this morning, it doesn’t look like I’ve ever missed much. Small time radio and too forced…

Don’t you have to be intoxicated to listen to “The (classic) rock station” KLT, who play burnt to a crisp classic rock over and over with very little current music? Or to listen to past her prime Terri Ray? This station seems to attract hillbillies

Plenty of those in TC (you know the kind: couldn't find Grayling on a map... )!

KLT's music and imaging may be beyond creosote and not my 1st choice, but I hope the retread of O&F sticks around for a while. Live & local presence and 'competition' need a boost / shakeup once in a while, just to keep 'em healthy and potentially interesting.
