Ron Cameron
Re: Ron Cameron
Dave from Windsor was shut-down by Devellano for asking a question already asked & answered.
Re: Ron Cameron
Mr. Positive really upsetting Ron by placing Gordie as maybe only the 5th best. Again, Ron looks to Glen Sather for support, completely ignoring what his own guest just said.
Re: Ron Cameron
Devellano's in Sarasota, so he wouldn't know about the win of the Lions today. He'll have to wait on the delivery of the morning paper tomorrow.
Re: Ron Cameron
Enough about you, Jimmy D. Let's talk about me & my "friend" (whom I don't seem to know much about now ... is he still married to that "lady"?)
Re: Ron Cameron
Why does this topic have over 800 pages??? It's just like that car accident you can't help but keep watching. It's such as disjointed mess of a radio show, hosted by a person that thinks he's God...when he isn't. A show that gets callers that are so oblivious to the fact that they're listening to a sports talk show that they recite death dates of people that probably never ever went to a game. The show pretty much has a cult following. We listen to the show because it's so bad, it gives you a big laugh. It's a great comedy show.

Re: Ron Cameron
Very weak response from Devellano to Keith's question about why Federov's number hasn't been retired.
Re: Ron Cameron
Devellano wasn't sure where Clint was calling from. He was calling from the bar, as always.
Re: Ron Cameron
I noticed that they didn't talk about the recreational part of their business. I wonder how Ron feels about drug dealers advertising on his show? Of course, in the 1980s, the Loving Touch in Ferndale was one of Ron's advertisers, and that was a front for prostitution, like most of the massage parlors in the Detroit area.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron was talking about people who died in 2022, and said, "Age is just a number, and the Lions just scored again." Nobody can free-associate like Ron.
Mr. Positive was probably blown away by Jimmy D's answer to his Elvis question. Not only did Jimmy like his music, but also saw him person a couple of times.

Re: Ron Cameron
My bad. I should've known better. It didn't sound like a question you'd ask.
Re: Ron Cameron
And one of his advertisers used to be Larry Flynt's Gentleman's Club.Bobbert wrote: ↑Sun Jan 01, 2023 5:09 pmI noticed that they didn't talk about the recreational part of their business. Re: Ron Cameron
I don't know if Keith's asked that directly of Devellano, but he's certainly raised it with Ron on more than one occasion. I like how Ron steers clear of any disagreement he may have with a guest. In this instance, & when Devellano said that Bobby Orr was the greatest he ever saw. Ron didn't challenge him, but - citing Glen Sather's opinion! - was eager to jump in when Mr. Positive downgraded Gordie.
