I'll take a stab at it.

93.1 - brings Doug back or Classic Hits 93.1 the Q
Blackburn Radio drops the simulcast of 95.9 CJWF and 92.7 CJSP. Perhaps a classic country format on 92.7 shut down the frequency all together.
98.7 will stay the same.
100.3 will continue to toy with the sound of the station.
I'm hoping Bluckburn will update the stale sound of "Canada's Cool FM" We all know its in Canada... Use the frequency in the name instead. New voice overs, freshen up the playlist.... Perhaps play more pop songs or even bring back "we play it all" format.
105.1 the bounce will move to 98.3 and 99.9 and 105.1 will become a soft AC station.

After the Feb. Sweeps an EARTHQUAKE of shakeups will change the news Landscapes at Fox2, WXYZ ABC7 and WDIV LOCAL 4 as some viewer faves pass through the revolving doors of those Stations
Look for "the Lighthouse" or Graham Media to be a Target for takeover
Chris Illich & Tom Gores to join forces and get control of Bally's Sports Detroit and bring back PASS
CBS NEWSDetroit on WWJ 62 / CW50 will make a dent in ratings of Fox2 and 7 & 4
Look for Adell to sell WADL to Byron Allen so he can concentrate on his religious network "THE WORD" and AM990 The Superstation
Cumulus to turn 93.1 into an FM simulcast of WJR
Audcity to turn 98.7 into an FM simulcast of WWJ
SInclair Broadcasting to get hit HARD as their DTC sports streaming service FLOPS so badly Sinclair will have no choice but to divest itself of two brinks trucks full of Stations to remain afloat. & look for them to slowly get out of the RSN business
Nexstar to buy a majority stake [60%] in CW Network with Discovery/Warner[20%] buying out ViacomCBS' 20% stake as minority owners

Most of my predictions came true, political money rained cash on the TV and radio stations. The Koch family was able to buy John James a seat in congress because there was no Senate seat to run for. It's going to be bleak in 23 so everyone will need to tighten the belt and wait for 24 when the flood of money returns, hopefully the online gambling sites will fill the void in advertising revenue next year.

(1) Blackburn Radio will apply to move CKNX, CHOK, and CFCO to Full Powered FM signals as a result of the new CRTC regulations. AM 630 AM might remain on the air as a simulcast, but the other two are not worth keeping due to their limited nighttime signals.

(2) A second ATSC 3.0 transmission from Detroit will be applied for. No one knows exactly how long that will take and when it will be built. Channels 31/38/50/56 must be interested in it.

Weird how you dont mention the spending by Soros for his candidates which dwarfed the Koch brothers output.

WDIV- New hires Ron Hilliard and Ashley Baracy take over live in the D and Tati gets shown the door. I think They will rotate weather for the noon and possibly 4pm newscasts so Brandon doesn't have to stay for the noon. And then they will help fill in other slots on the weekdays. I see Gross hanging it up and retiring and those two serving as the fill in when Kim Adam’s (whos a mom by the way) is out. And I think its gonna be Sherman alone on weekends.

WXYZ- a legit set update hopefully!! Dave Lewellen retires?? Keenan replaced with somebody else on mornings. Ali Hoxies date is almost up too 7 is known to only keep their traffic people 5 years at most.

WJBK- falls to 4th with CBS Detroit taking over 3rd place. Continues its never ending 9 hour morning show that goes now until 1pm. Jason Carr rejoins said morning show.

WWJ- starts news operations end of January by June will be in 3rd place. Wont be what we are expecting but will not be the worst operation in Detroit. Maybe Jason Carr will end up here too with them trying to launch a morning show in the future??
