This probably isn't going to go smoothly for them. Unlike the big companies, they probably don't have a real system to track their EEO practices. Plus GRCMC has already been dealing with investigations going back to 2016.

Does the station still have only four paid staffers? Certainly there are a bunch of volunteers keeping the candle lit, so would they be part of the audit as well?

Big stretch here, but - looking at the list, it seems to be a lot of churches and "freedom" type stations listed. Politically motivated?
