Brad posted a team picture without JR in it. I think that speaks volumes. I never liked him much on air but he sounds like a real piece of work from what I hear. Clearly he can't come in to help during severe weather, either. Wnem is being handed the market on a silver platter. Firing JR and Denise would be a great rip the band aid off situation and just start rebuilding.
To me JR reeks arrogance. Andrew would have been perfect for Chief Meteorologist at CBS 62. I doubt he would want to go to ABC 12 and slum it with Matt and Angie.

I worked with a lot of fine people at 12. JR is not one of them. He's a pompous pissant.

To the WREX TV , Rockford, ILL meteorologists who do the local weather lol, for ABC 12, because the world would end if JR had to work a weekend, it's pronounced My OH, not. Mee o, spelled Mio. Finally, it's Caseville , not Cassville.

While I’d heard of the name Ronnie Dahl, I’d never seen her or her work. Just watched a live report from her on ABC12. Voice drives me nuts, along with her speaking style. She sounds like a goofball on the air. She interviewed some nut job woman about the election who ended up making Ronnie sound decent (as hard as that sounds).
What a horrible hire. ABC12’s reporters and recent hire sports team are bringing their newscasts way down.
