Jay is disc jockey, not a seasoned journalist. It was a joke putting him on mornings. Fox 2 needs to do better.

The dude they've been grooming at 11:00am will replace Huel. Maybe if he gets the job he can wear a tie consistently. I could see Taryn Asher getting the top female gig.
Side thought...were they maybe testing Deena a few weeks ago when she worked those late shifts?

Just a hunch. I think you're right, other than there will still be a bit of tag team action between 4pm and 7pm. Mostly Raj and Asher. With another couple in the middle for about an hour or so. That sort of thing.

I myself don't see Centofanti wanting to leave "straight days, weekends off".

No!!!!! Please not Deena. She makes the morning show. I also vote No on Kellie Rowe for the morning show. I'm sure she is a fine person but her voice in annoying.

While I completely agree with you, Towers has been doing mornings for 8 years. Sadly, I don't see that changing any time soon.

It's just reading news. Does it really matter.

It does matter. The viewers who are serious about the news want anchors that are trustworthy. Roop and Taryn are definitely two that could work. You also have to have someone who can make "Let it Rip" survive.
They/them, non-binary and proud.

NEVER EVER COMPLY WITH FASCISM!!!

The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

Fox 2 airing Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM first before they air Fox 2 News at 10PM during the AM hours rebroadcast of those two newscasts doesn't make any sense. Since Fox 2 News at 10PM air before Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM during the PM hours the night before, it is common sense that during the AM hours rebroadcast of Fox 2 News at 10PM and Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM, Fox 2 News at 10PM should air before Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM. That backwards thinking in regards to how Fox 2 is rebroadcasting Fox 2 News at 10PM and Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM is a prime example of how Fox 2 has gone downhill in recent years. It's common sense that Fox 2 News at 10PM should be aired before Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM during the AM hours rebroadcast of Fox 2 News at 10PM and Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM so much that, in case you forgot, when Fox 2's previous news director was running the station and the station was airing AM hours rebroadcast of Fox 2 News at 10PM and Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM during his time as its news director, he had the station airing Fox 2 News at 10PM before Fox 2 Newsedge at 11PM unlike Fox 2's current news director. It's like Fox 2's current news director is drunk at the wheel.
I wish I had this amount of time to think of this and then to write something like this. Good for you. All I see is 10pm and 11pm over and over again.

Mike Woolfolk would be the perfect replacement for Huel.

I’m sure he’d more than welcome getting out of the morning slot at the hell called Sinclair Broadcasting in Flint

They are just reading a teleprompter. It doesn't matter.
