Payton May gone
Payton May, who I would argue is the most talented journalist I've seen since moving to Northern Michigan; has left the station. It is a shame that this great talent was here only a year before moving on to greener pastures..... She was a pleasure to meet in person and didn't take herself too seriously like other journalists in the area.... Good Luck Payton.

Good for her. Northern Michigan are starter markets. You will be poor all your life working up there.

Not matter where you work, journalism or not
Re: Payton May gone
I didn't even realize she was there that long. If you blink, you miss 'em.

Payton is now with the Fox affiliate in Oklahoma City.
Her Facebook page says Fox 24, though she has it right at 25 in other expressions.
Such things are relative in the digital age.
