You're smart enough not to be bullied into joining the mob (union).

You all know how much Amazon sucks now, imagine a fat delivery person being a week late to deliver your package, and when it does deliver (if it ever does) that person taking a smoke break in your yard, and then expecting a cash bonus for simply making a delivery.
Anyone foolish enough to pay someone else (a union or agent) to work deserves all the hell they get.
Acceptable registrations in the queue through May 12 at 7:00p ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

Bravo, Alabama Amazon workers!
Re: Bravo, Alabama Amazon workers!
Same.
Honda and Toyota pay their factory workers the same that the Big 3 do. Why? Because that’s what the market dictates.
So why would someone pay a union to make the same that someone not paying the union does? I’d love to hear your reasons why.
Re: Bravo, Alabama Amazon workers!
Less than 11% of American workers are in a union. If it was so great, why don't more people do it? It's because unions are nothing more than fronts for the Democratic Party.
So how does the remaining 89% make it without belonging to a union? They do just fine.

If there's so much benefit to belonging to a union, why doesn't everyone join one?
Re: Bravo, Alabama Amazon workers!
But that's what the union leadership (supporters and bullies) says. They say union members get better wages, benefits, and working conditions. If that's so, why wouldn't everyone choose that?Rate This wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 3:50 pmBecause it’s not that simple.Bidengirl wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 1:54 pmLet's try to stay on topic.Rate This wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 10:00 amAre you supposing that if you sit on your hands well enough you won’t get tossed off here yet again?Bidengirl wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 8:51 amLess than 11% of American workers are in a union. Fact is, the best paying jobs are non-union because they are highly skilled and in high demand. Those non-union folks are also smart enough to know what their labor is worth and negotiate the best deal for themselves rather than paying Democratic Party hacks (unions) to get a crummy deal for everyone.

Seriously, have you ever been in a union? I have, and it's no picnic.MotorCityRadioFreak wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 11:04 pmThe Republican Party has effectively strangled unions through years of propaganda that have been on display in this thread.
I wonder if the Democratic Party wants only employees of the specific workforce to vote whether to certify a union since requiring only workers of that unit to vote would be "voter suppression."
Re: Bravo, Alabama Amazon workers!
Fact is, most people have figured unions out. They're corrupt, bullies, and the union "leadership" only look out for themselves.
Also, most people realize it's foolish to pay to work somewhere.
