Don Shane took a hit in one of his Dare Don challenges. I thought that one may have been as responsible, if not more so, than the sidelines one, for his subsequent health problems. I understand it’s autism.

I could feel the earth move when two of the favorite buzzboard topics converged—Ron Cameron and Bernie Smilovitz. Glad to hear that Ron doesn't like that style of sportscasting—I much prefer the unintentional humor of Ron's show.

To further that point, Ray has been on so many times that even a casual listener could breakdown how that appearance will go. Plenty of talk about Wilt being the unquestioned GOAT, 3 pointers being awful and how each team needs to have a low post presence. 1970s basketball at it's finest.

Mr Positive: You can't go on 97.1 the ticket and say the same exact motivation speech as you did with Ron. You have to mix it up a little.
