Re: Ron Cameron
I couldn't listen past 3:15 today, I was falling asleep. It is the most boring show without the meltdowns and lack of callers. Where is Beth from Troy at? Probably doing fine but Ron would assume she's dead. One thing we did learn is that Ron gets gas cards and bottled water from the BP gas station as his payment for the ads. Otherwise, it was a yawner.

With no guests and much of the same 'ol same 'ol the show is like watching the grass grow during the springtime. The every other week meltdown has always been good for entertainment purposes and kept me on the edge of my seat. I know Ron is just extremely busy probably going from advertiser to advertiser for his free comps, I don't know what else he does in his free time especially since he has put the impending purchase of a restaurant on hold since it finally dawned on him that we are in the middle of a pandemic. An occasional guest would certainly help.
Re: Ron Cameron
I wonder how long Ron will continue to do his show.He says that he will never retire but in essence he is retired or semi retired at best.I believe he is 75 years old.
Re: Ron Cameron
We need Martin to agitate Ron on politics or Covid. Since he doesn't seem to have any interest in sports, he's not going to "come in on" Ron as did the much-missed Matt.Mr.Transistor wrote: ↑Sun Nov 15, 2020 1:44 pm The every other week meltdown has always been good for entertainment purposes and kept me on the edge of my seat.
Without his show, how is Ron going to get his comped meals?

Ron: COVID is so bad, it’s killing everyone. 30 seconds later...

Re: Ron Cameron
Well, with the shutdown of restaurant dining-rooms here in MI, obviously that will halt Ron’s long-gestating opening plans.

Re: Ron Cameron
This will be a major talking point on Friday and how it’s on hold because of the shutdown. This restaurant nonsense will drag on until we all get vaccinated so through 2021. Then Ron will proclaim he hasn’t found the right one but people are begging him to run their restaurant since he has a history of success in the hospitality business.
Re: Ron Cameron
Assuming Ron has any sponsors left, I predict that our premiere NBA draft guru will say he would've preferred the Pistons had selected Halliburton with their top pick. And that he'll (continue to) bash Blake Griffin. He might even have occasion to revisit the Blaha no-show from last week, But will he still be too busy to form a trivia question (or otherwise do any show preparation for his tens of listeners)?
Re: Ron Cameron
Well, that didn’t take long.

Re: Ron Cameron
Haha you called it but he does have a trivia question
Re: Ron Cameron
Again no guests this weekend? What gives? He recently promised that he’d be having guests every weekend.
Re: Ron Cameron
Changes afoot in Ron’s life? What could he be talking about?
Re: Ron Cameron
That’s enough for Martin. He’s not Ron’s co-host!

Re: Ron Cameron
Maybe if Mr Positive would let Ron answer the question
Re: Ron Cameron
His work effort?!?! He brags about never doing any prep work!
