I checked their website too, and they list numbers for both Buckeye and over-the air antennas.80sTalkRadioFan wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 4:57 amWondering if WMNT will bring back "THISTV." THISTV recently changed their channel info for Toledo, once again listing "Buckeye Broadband" Toledo channel 157. Before last week, when I did a Toledo zip code search on THISTV.com it only listed WMNT 48.3 and sometimes WDIV 4.2, depending on which zip code I used. Buckeye Broadband isn't showing THISTV or GET in Toledo, only the main WMNT channel and AntennaTV.
Acceptable registrations in the queue through May 12 at 7:00p ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

Re: Antenna TV gone?
I saw This on 48.4 last night. so far 48.2, .3 and .4 are much much cleaner. Still no identifiers on any subchannels.80sTalkRadioFan wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 4:57 amWondering if WMNT will bring back "THISTV." That's good. Hoping Buckeye will put them back up soon. This had been running some good older movies like "The Birdcage" and "Thelma and Louise."
Re: Antenna TV gone?
Are they licensed to be on cable anymore? Remember, WMNT-CA has no local ads. Seems most of the ads are barter on 48.1 or are infomercials from the satellite. Only SOME of the spots are local, as they do not have any master control equipment. "The new management" really is not working on the mechanics, but rather the image alone, ie., the superficial (just like Cumulus). Outspoken folks like me, they really don't want pointing things out. I seriously doubt they paid the license fee to be on cable.80sTalkRadioFan wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 5:45 amThat's good. Hoping Buckeye will put them back up soon. Remember, all FCC rules and copyright laws must still be followed, even though they are low power and religious owned.
If copyright owners are going after bars and churches, rest assured that they will go after WMNT-CA Toledo as well. Everyone is hard up, due to Covid, no matter what side of the aisle you are on.
Also another tought: Has anyone seen anything EAS on there? WMNT-CA is NOT exempt.

Just curious. Are you half a mile north of the state line, or half a mile south if it?Some Guy from Toledo wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 4:38 pmYep, Bedford Township is practically the furthest Buckeye can offer the Detroit channels these days (and I'm about a half mile from the state line).80sTalkRadioFan wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 9:57 amWMYD-TV 20 Detroit and it's subchannels are only available on Buckeye Broadband on the Michigan side of the border, namely Bedford township.

Back to the old days... "No Signal" on 48.3 (This Network) this morning. Even the religious owner doesn't pay attention. Yes, WMNT-CA IS THAT BAD.
From my understanding, Cozi was demanding WMNT-CA to do better with it's product. Luckily, you can find Cozi on WZTS 16 on the Roku, for free. However, we don't know if Cozi is licensed to be on Roku. Forwarning, the productions are primitive, compared to the big city of Toledo. You might get frustrated.

Re: Antenna TV gone?
Looks like Buckeye Broadband has brought back the other WMNT subchannels.
Re: Antenna TV gone?
I want on the Roku box and I cannot find Antenna TV listed as a separate application?
Re: Antenna TV gone?
I think what's funny on Buckeye and Comcast (and all the other cable providers) is that they normally have to carry the full bandwidth of the broadcast signal, (which would include all the subchannels) by contract, but they are not obligated to allocate a channel number to any of them except the primary one, unless it's also outlined in the contract.80sTalkRadioFan wrote: ↑Thu Sep 17, 2020 5:09 amLooks like Buckeye Broadband has brought back the other WMNT subchannels.
So all the subchannels are actually there, you just can't access them.
Re: Antenna TV gone?
They are not licensed to stream. Too many money hungry hogs after 1965, which ATV carries. They must pay for anything after, including the licensing to broadcast and stream. That's why I think WZTS 16 is potentially illegal.
Re: Antenna TV gone?
Not everyone in the coverage area even gets any 48.x channels. If you're not on Buckeye, your cable or dish will not carry it- even when you get it by suburban grade antenna. Ask Lake township and parts of Perrysburg, BG, Waterville, Luna Pier, etc.km1125 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 1:15 pmI think what's funny on Buckeye and Comcast (and all the other cable providers) is that they normally have to carry the full bandwidth of the broadcast signal, (which would include all the subchannels) by contract, but they are not obligated to allocate a channel number to any of them except the primary one, unless it's also outlined in the contract.80sTalkRadioFan wrote: ↑Thu Sep 17, 2020 5:09 amLooks like Buckeye Broadband has brought back the other WMNT subchannels.

Wonder if Buckeye will carry WMNT-anything in BG, as it slowly moves into that city.
Re: Antenna TV gone?
GET-TV seems to always have on a 1970 Johnny Cash show, not that it's all bad
