China’s only Level 4 microbiology lab equipped to handle deadly coronaviruses, called the National Biosafety Laboratory, is part of the Wuhan Institute of Virology. This link is one of a few articles I've seen that says the source of the virus outbreak may be that laboratory, not far from the seafood market we have all heard about.
