After listening to the podcasts, I had said to myself that this past weekend had a bizarre feeling of “the end of the line” for Ron, at least at WDTK, if not his career. The whole four hours certainly had a feel of finality to it, like there is nowhere for him to go but AWAY.

I am sure he provided the fellas at " Dialeld In" his expertise and tutelage, kind of like a Yoda/ Obi-Wan to Luke type of teaching. He was always so eager to hype their show. Next man up.

Ron couldn't do a podcast because he would have to provide new content and he's unable to provide anything new. He gets flustered when nobody calls in the show so he definitely can't do the show without callers unless he had a partner but then the way he treats everyone, nobody wants to work with him. Are most of his listeners even capable of listening to a podcast?

Somehow this guy will find some radio station with a radius of 1 mile and reappear. He can't get enough of being on the air and having a "sports show" even though he has to hustle dive bars to pay for it.

He had it pretty good at WDTK. Online streaming, podcasts, weekend timeslots 5-7 pm. He practically blew it.

The dialed in guys posted that Ron’s contract expires tonight so that’s why his show was aired. This is such a weird situation
