Scott Winters posted on his Facebook that former WLHT FM morning host Geri Jarvis died Monday. There are few details available.

Jarvis and her husband Dave Jagger hosted “The Dave and Geri Morning Show” for many years on WLHT 95.7 FM. After their departure from W-Lite, Dave and Geri started their own podcast.
Southpaws airs Saturday nights at 11:00 on Global Community Radio Channel 1; weekly on Pacifica Radio affiliates KCEI-FM 90.1, Taos, NM; KZGM-FM 88.1, Cabool, MO; KEPJ-LP in San Antonio, TX. Available on Spreaker, Apple Podcasts, & Pandora.

Actually I think after they left WLHT, Dave and Geri ended up in mornings at 105.3 HOT FM for a short time, then they started the podcast.

I totally forgot about that.

I met Dave once. He was working at the Apple Store in Woodland Mall and I needed a new cable for my MacBook. I was very surprised to find out that he knew who I was and that he had listened to Southpaws when we were still on WPRR.

I never met her, but I'm curious as to the cause of death.

Far too many radio people die at an early age. Often smoking related.
Psalm 139:13 ~ For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.

Jeremiah 1:5 ~ "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you;

Exodus 20:13 ~ “You shall not murder."
