Funny how an entity that “asks the tough questions” and “doesn’t stop until it gets the answers you deserve” will treat another human being this way, much less an employee and former employee.

I can’t stand people who are self-serving and two-faced. People who tell me one thing, tell me they’ll be truthful, and then lie under oath and take a promotion.
By the way, since the mediators decided in my favor, had WNEM gone to trial and lost, they would’ve been sanctioned by the state. They knew they couldn’t win.
So while I did not get any money, and spent a lot of wasted time, I am in the end at peace knowing I stuck to my guns and won against a mega corporation.
They have never done this to anyone else. You can check the records. Why they picked me....
