I can't figure out what changed. The coordinates, RCAMSL, ERP, and omni pattern are all the same. But according to fccdata.org, the contours are displaced by a half km or so.I assume the shutdown delayed approval of the changes to W291DJ.
Max power is still gonna be onlyhe 70 or 75 watts.
I thought they had maybe moved the site from the AM tower to one of the taller WFUR towaers, but the coordinates are the same.

This is the way the FM band will be without expansion. And it will just get worse. The FCC has been very callous about DXers and listening to service beyond the protected contour.
