38.5 and 38.6 seem to be QVC and Home Shopping Network. For both 17 and 38, they do not provide any information as to what is being shown. No issues if you use an antenna, free tv the picture quality is better, get many additional channels too. Sad people pay for free tv through a service and it has issues.

Noticed today that lame wffc station who still, all they have on are paid commercials and azteca has been moved to their broadcast frequency channel 17. So no more duplication's of 25!
