As for W256EA, yes I knew it translated WMGC (HD2), but thought that *if* a potential sale of WDMK came along it could then be the host station of the 3 translators 98.3, 99.1 and 99.9.

Adding 99.1 will supplement DPN's analog coverage if kept as such. Having 93.5 and 98.3 simulcasting was redundant as both largely overlap the same areas. 99.1 of course screams down my tuner's throats at my location due to close proximity but generally speaking is a signal boost into NE Oakland/ NW Macomb counties, areas on the far fringes of 99.9. 99.1 would once again be on my radar for listenership but still wish it was just a bit farther away than it is (same with the WKEG 103.1 translator)

Considering that 99.1 and (WKEG) 103.1 are both at Hamlin and Ryan, I am at 21 Mile and Shelby both stations are loud and clear by me as well.

Yes. Just over a mile away from that tower and they are booming as long as the power isn't out.

As for KDTI 90.3 and W288BK 105.5, I get those but 90.3 is strong and 105.5 is rather weak. 90.3 is frequently blown away during tropo though. I believe these two are diplexed

Edit: 99.1 is so strong that when I use my SDR radio (cheap model) it actually is audible on several random frequencies not close to 99.1

Yes, I believe they are diplexed they are on the tower off Second street near the Rochester Fire Department, if I remember correctly. When 105.5 began it was a simulcast of US 103.1 for about 2 months then K-Love took it over.
