I heard that Cumulus has cut almost all engineers compant-wide at the local level. There's now only one or two guys for large regions of the country. I believe the cuts included the local guy in Toledo, so Toledo will be handled by Detroit, who will also be handling all of the state of Michigan. Expect a LOT of dead air and transmitters off-air.
1. How long before iFart does the same thing?
2. How long before all the big radio companies give up and try to sell off their stations or just turn in the licenses of anything that's not 50kw?
